Prodotto perfetto con data di scadenza del 2023.Ho ordinato questi dadi ai funghi perché (e non capisco il motivo) sono introvabili da quasi un anno nella città dove abito.Mi sembra assurdo che in NESSUN supermercato della mia città si riescano a trovare, e li ho visitati tutti.Con buona pace di tutti quelli che insistono nel promuovere le attività locali!

I use this for soaking noodles prior to use in stir-fry. It's great for a wide variety of other applications as well. Tastes like MUSHROOMS, smells great, and though the flavor is so true it isn't overwhelming.

I love these stock cubes. I originally had some from a local Italian deli / cafe but they closed down. I found these online and was very pleased as they are such a useful flavour for so many dishes. Brilliant. Mushroom stroganoff, soups, stews, risotto and generally deepening the flavour of things.

Recommended by an Italian chef for flavoring risotto. I use it in tons of recipes because I love mushrooms flavours. Great stuff. Expensive and it took a while and extra money for shipping but I would definitely reorder.

I try a lot of new foods and spices, and sometimes I just can't get them to work. So far I have not been able to get this product NOT to work. it is yummy in every form I have tried it in. I have no idea what I am doing with it and it turns every dish into something earthy yet exotic. A great discovery for my kitchen! Will buy again.
