The bands are way to big

A diferencia de las bandas de plástico, estas bandas se adaptan a ti mucho mejor.No se arrugan a la hora de hacer ejercicio, no se te “clavan” produciéndote dolor en las piernas y tienen un a resistencia muy buena.Yo le metería un nivel más de resistencia porque se me empiezan a quedar cortas en según que ejercicios, pero por lo demás son excelentes.

Been using this every time I work out. Strong and durable

I was doubtful about the durability of the stitches, but the bands can withstand even rough use and the resistance is sufficient in the heaviest. The differences in stiffness between the bands are clear.
