I have a Spark 40, which I used to bring to the jam sessions in a rehearsal studio. However, I was looking for something more portable, that is why I considered the SparkGo. Now I can just take the super portable SparkGo with me and have similar benefits. It can work well as a Bluetooth speaker, but it's not the best. My Bose is better. It can also work as a home rehearsal mini amp, but with limited expectations. Not bad, but not awesome. My Spark 40 is very powerful, but the sound is a bit muddy. Since I usually play with headphones, it's perfect, with great sound.

Om even snel aan te sluiten en thuis te oefenen is dit een aanrader.

I've read a lot of reviews, watched a lot of videos before buying the Spark Go. In short, for this price I wouldn't hesitate if you are clear about your needs. It has been very practical for me. I wanted an amp that I could easily connect to, play anywhere in the apartment without disturbing the family and be independent form my bulky tube amp. I can play through the speaker or connect the headphone when I want total privacy and don't want to worry about the noise I'm making when I'm working on songs repetitively. The app has some great functions for amp settings/sounds but a few bug fixes are still needed. Would be 5 stars if it weren't for a few bugs with the app.- The construction is sturdy. Has a nice, rubbery, heavy feel. The buttons are solid and quite intuitive.Battery life has been quite decent as well. It definitely feels and looks like it is of high quality.- The volume is quite decent. The volume with the clean preset is indeed lower than others, but the other presets and settings are loud enough. I can rarely go full volume with those. Remember that this is a portable practice amp. Don't expect to do a gig with it. It still is loud enough to play on with some friends gathered around or enough to disturb the household. When you connect headphones the sound is quite nice and loud as well.- I saw comments about use as a bluetooth speaker. Yes, it's a bit flat. It works, but lacks bass. But as a guitar amp it works great, will not complain about the sound, even with the backing tracks etc. on.- The app connection is fast and easy. You can easily adjust your settings for the sound. The tone library has a lot of options to try. Since most are user defined, not all are great, but it's easy to find a tone specific to a certain song you want to play. The AI tool where you type what sort of sound you want generates good results as well. Don't expect ChatGPT level accuracy though. You need to be concise and clear without too many parameters.Linking with Spotify no longer works. Apple Music does. When you open a song it takes you to an in-app youtube window and shows additional information like the chords if available.The backing tracks available through the app are nice. Any youtube or other track you open from outside of the app, you get the sound still from the amp. So it feels pretty integrated. Even if Spotify isn't integrated you can open the app and start a song, you'll still get the sound from the Spark Go. Same with youtube or any file you might have on hand.The Smart Jam feature is nice but the app always crashes after the first few seconds. This needs fixing.The video recording is a nice add on but I don't think it's an essential feature. If you want to record yourself to see how it sounded as you learn a new song, this is a handy option, bringing the ipad/iphone front camera into the app. Only problem is, if you're following chords or tabs on screen, this feature takes over the app.

I use it with a blues harmonica, and it exceeded all my expectations. I can only recommend it!

I already owned the excellent Spark 2 but was very impressed by the portability of the tiny Spark Go. Used in conjunction with the Spark App this is a brilliant little amplifier, using the built in speaker or headphones it sounds great. A wonderful way to practice, with it’s internal rechargeable battery you can use it anywhere.

Increible. No por volumen, sino por calidad de sonido. Emulaciones muy bien conseguidas. El rango de frecuencias es ideal para guitarra aunque reproduce bastante bien las del bajo eléctrico para su pequeño tamaño. Si quieres más volumen, solo lo has de conectar por la salida de auriculares a un altavoz activo o equipo de música con entreda aux. La app tiene disponibles miles de tonos aportados por la comunidad. Emulaciones de sonidos de guitarra de los artistas más relevantes. 40 amplificadores a elegir. La única pega es que no puedes elegir el cabinete en caso de que quieras combinar y obtener sonidos nuevos. Conexión a pc mediante la entreda de carga usb c. 4 presets que puedes configurar a tu gusto para poder tocar sin conectarte a la app. En fin. La pregunta que me hago ahora es ¿ Porqué no lo compre antes?!! Supongo que porque antes estaba por 150 pavos y ahora lo han bajado a 122 y eso se ha de aprovechar. Lo recomiendo para tocar en casa. Es la mejor opción.
