J’ai choisi cette ceinture gainante en suivant le guide des tailles, et je suis ravie : elle me va à la perfection. J’arrive à la fermer au dernier niveau de serrage, ce qui me laisse une bonne marge d’évolution et me motive à la resserrer davantage au fil des séances !La ceinture offre un très bon maintien, elle reste invisible sous les vêtements, et le tissu est suffisamment souple pour accompagner les mouvements, même lors de mes entraînements. Les crochets permettent plusieurs niveaux d’ajustement, ce qui m’aide à progresser à mon rythme. Le maintien du dos est également appréciable, surtout pour les exercices de gainage ou les séances au gym.Petit plus : elle est facile à laver et sèche rapidement. Si vous hésitez sur la taille, je vous conseille vraiment de faire confiance au tableau – pour moi, il s’est avéré très fiable !En résumé, je suis très satisfaite de mon achat et impatiente de voir mes progrès avec cette ceinture au fil des semaines.

Si procede poi, accostando le altre due estremità che avvolgono e restringono in modo più specifico il punto vita , allo stesso modo delle prime.Sulla lunghezza si trovano diverse stecche semi rigide, che mantengono il bustino in posizione, evitando che si arrotoli e scenda. Il materiale da cui è composto è essenzialmente elastico e molto morbido, oltre che traspirante grazie alla lavorazione traforata in diversi punti.ATTENZIONE ALLA TAGLIA: il bustino è strettissimo, bisogna tener conto quindi che se si vuole esattamente il vitino a clessidra è necessario prendere la propria taglia di riferimento, se invece per voi è sufficiente ridurre qualche centimetro il girovita, potete optare per una taglia in più.CONSIDERAZIONI PERSONALIl’ho preso di un bel rosa carne, che lo rende quasi invisibile sotto alle maglie.Lo consiglio vivamente a chi desidero un primo approccio ad un articolo del genere

This is a good waist trainer belt and better than many. I went for the XS size as I am typically a size 8 to 10 and I wanted a good amount of compression.The main belt measures around 24" diameter at the bottom and 20" at the top when on the loosest adjustment and not stretched. This means the waist is about 22" unstretched. You can pull this in around 2.5" smaller if you use the tightest adjustment. So in other words, if you have a 24" waist, on the loosest adjustment this would be trying to pull your waist in by 2" (and would probably achieve a 1/2" reduction) and if you use the tightest adjustment then it would be trying to pull your 24" waist in by 4.5" and probably achieve about a 1" reduction. There are 6 rows of hooks and eyes so good incremental adjustment between these sizes. With the XS if you had a 26" waist then it would still fit you but would be trying to pull you in more and the elastic would be working harder. I would estimate around a 1 or 2" reduction. And, I think the XS would still work with a 28" waist but then would be tighter still and probably acheive a 2 or 3" reduction. You could probably have a larger starting waist than that with the XS but whilst you might get it on I think it would be a bit too uncomfortable for all day wear as it would be a bit too tight.The belt is particularly good because of the boning. I think these are just plastic bones but they do hold the belt up well. With many belts that are not so well boned, the belt will tend to ride up and down and gather at the waist and this belt does not tend to do that which is good.Then you have the extra elastic belts to add further compression that are even more focussed on your waist. These again are adjustable and provide for a significant amount of additional compression. In my estimates above I have factored this in.The amount of compression you will be able to get will really depend on your starting size and the belt size you chose and the degree to which you will manage to be squeezed in and for how long. If you plan to wear this all day then probably aim for less significant reduction, use the ajustment and then get a smaller belt if you want to go further.In general I would probably recommend going a size smaller than you think as there is around 2.5" of adjustment.I think at the current price of £13.99 this is good value.

Minuspunkt: der Gürtel riecht anfangs unangenehm. Am besten gut im Freien lüften lassen. Daher ein Stern AbzugAnsonsten habe ich den Gürtel jetzt seit einer Woche täglich beim Hulahoop im Gebrauch. Ich finde die individuelle Einstellung durch die Häkchen perfekt, auch wenn es ein paar Sekunden länger dauert als mit Klett. Aber dafür sitzt der Gurt optimal und der Reifen bleibt nirgends hängen.
