These needles work well! Sharp and strong. The needle threaders actually work better than any I've had before, and don't fall apart on the first use like typical. I really appreciate the storage tin, much better than a paper booklet!

The needles seem to be made of a good quality stainless steel. At first look, they seem durable. I'm not a skilled person about sewing. I just limit my sewing activity to fix basic things. I was just looking to improve my sewing tools in order to be able to improve the quality of my sewing work and also make this much easier. Thus, this set exceeds my expectations and demands. The diversity of size and strength of these needles give me confidence that I could try to sew heavier fabrics (leather, blankets, canvas, etc). Overall, they seem strong and shouldn't easily bend.

I dont know if its just me - but I can never find a needle when I need one - there is probably one in a haystack somewhere but I'm not looking for that one.I was looking for one the other day - not to sew - just to clear the hole on my windscreen washer jet - but I could not find a needle anywhere in the house so when I saw these I thought - yes - with 90 pieces even if I lose 10 of them I've still got 80 left in the tin.The description says 90 - but I'll be honest - I have not counted them all - if I tried to you can guarantee that I would end up pricking my fingers/thumb several times.The 2 threaders are what my mum used to make and I think they are brilliant despite being so simple - just push through the needle hole - thread your cotton - and pull the threader back - sorted.The needle holes look a decent size and the needles feel sharp enough - I've tried them on a few materials - now lets see how long 90 will last before I cant find another needle in the house.
