Easy to fit on Tannoy 6 floorstanders after our wooden floor had been refinished. The trick is to fit the rear two spikes in their cups then tilt speaker back and position the front cups to take the spikes as you lower it, an extra pair of hands would make it easy but I did this on my own although it was fiddly. The larger the speaker the more tricky it becomes! Did not notice any sonic improvement (to my ears anyway) but speakers had been on hard wood floor before just scratching them a little more....
