Came bent, with dents, poor powder coating and sharp edges. Came packed in a plastic bag virtually no protection for the soft tin metal these are made of. Probably half the dents came from transport.

Great sturdy cutlery holder. I have quite a large set of Viners cutlery and they fit perfectly in this caddy. it's a bit smaller than what most people would like however it's perfect for me. saves space, plus theres more than enough room to fit a lot of cutlery. the heigh is low enough for the tops to be poking out quite a lot so you know what you are grabbing. Overall its a great product and looks better in person. highly recommend.

I bought this as I was baking cookies for a friend and wanted to offer it as a gift (there were more things, I am not a complete cheap idiot). It looked great when it arrived, slightly difficult to open but overall it looked really good and expensive *that's the best way I can think of it). However as the time went by and she started to use it it really started to look bad (she didn't abuse the product, it is just fragile). It got scratched very easily and dirty all over, it is a shame because I believe it is gerat quality.
