I am writing to this review after 6 months of use. This grinder failed to grind overnight Soked lentils for idly/dosa.Useless grinder, waste of money. And top of it consumes lot of electricity.Waste of money, Totally disappointed, did not expected this from prestige.

We have purchased the product looking at the brand name but product is not upto the mark. Performance is very poor. We have given a service request immediately after 15days of delivery as grinder is stopping at regular intervals. Service person has changed the capacitor which has boosted 20% performance. My mom n wife are not at all satisfied with the grinder. They are behind me to get it exchanged with in 6 months of purchase.

I bought this item in March’20. Since I received it during lockdown , couldn’t call your service and moreover it’s very difficult to reach out to you over phone. This product has slight defect and I understand, now it’s not eligible for return or replacement. I need to contact supplier to help me to repair this product. I am not happy with the product. Please let me know how to reach the supplier
