Ich habe kürzlich Matabi-Sticks für meine beiden Kater gekauft, da einer von ihnen eine Vorliebe dafür hat, in alles hineinzubeißen – besonders in Ecken und Möbel. Obwohl wir regelmäßig mit ihm spielen, hat er diese Angewohnheit, die scheinbar mehr mit seiner Neugier als mit Langeweile zu tun hat. Die Matabi-Sticks haben sich als großartige Lösung erwiesen, um seine Kaulust auf etwas Nützliches und Unschädliches umzulenken.Mein Kater liebt es, auf diesen Sticks herumzukauen, und wir haben sogar einen Trick gefunden, um es ihm noch einfacher zu machen: Wir binden einen Matabi-Stick an ein Seil, damit er ihn besser festhalten kann. So kann er sich den Stick mit den Pfoten greifen und ausgiebig darauf herumkauen, ohne dass der Stick über den Boden rollt. Manchmal halten wir den Stick auch selbst fest, und er ist dann völlig in seinem Element, glücklich darauf herumzukauen. Diese Sticks sind wirklich perfekt für ihn und haben auch den zusätzlichen Vorteil, dass sie zur Zahnpflege beitragen.Interessanterweise zeigt mein anderer Kater, der unsere Möbel in Ruhe lässt, überhaupt kein Interesse an den Matabi-Sticks. Das scheint wirklich eine Frage des individuellen Charakters der Katze zu sein. Es lohnt sich also, auszuprobieren, ob die eigenen Katzen diese Sticks mögen.Was die Qualität betrifft, habe ich festgestellt, dass es sich lohnt, etwas mehr Geld in diese Sticks zu investieren. Ich habe früher günstigere Matabi-Sticks gekauft, die sehr klein und dünn waren und nach wenigen Bissen durchbrachen. Die etwas teureren Sticks, die ich jetzt verwende, sind dicker und stabiler, sodass mein Kater länger Freude daran hat. In Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis finde ich, dass die teureren Sticks durchaus gerechtfertigt sind, da sie einfach länger halten und robuster sind.Insgesamt kann ich die Matabi-Sticks auf jeden Fall empfehlen – besonders für Katzen, die gerne in alles hineinbeißen. Sie sind nicht nur ein tolles Spielzeug, sondern auch gut für die Zahnpflege. Allerdings ist es wichtig zu beachten, dass nicht jede Katze darauf anspringen wird. Es lohnt sich, es auszuprobieren, wenn man eine besonders kaulustige Katze hat.

Excellent produit, le bâton est de la bonne longueur et de bonne épaisseur.Avec mon matou de 6mois a qui j'en donne 1/mois, l'effet est instantané, il mordille bien dedans, ça lui fait les dents, il joue avec pendant 1/2h. Après cela perd de son intérêt pour lui. Mais il y revient de temps a autre. Allez comprendre 😋L'emballage est hermétique, c'est top, j'y ajoute un sachet de silica pour conserver les batons bien sec plus longtemps.

I've seen a comment as to how pungent the smell is but I couldn't smell anything potent with my bag. If you sniff it then you may get a slight whiff but it seems tolerable. My cat is 2 years old and I didn't think would be interested. Her eyes widened with curiosity immediately and gave it a throw around but didn't really chew. The packet advises to incorporate into play and put back in the bag after 20 mins. I left one stick out and placed it near areas my cat frequents. A few days later she was tossing it again and trying to chew it but not very well. She couldnt pick it up long enough and doesnt really lay down and chew from the ground. I held the stick for her wgilst leaning it on her activity tunnel and she then started to scratch, grab and gnaw on it enthusiastically. She does so for a few minutes and is then uninterested. I'm fine with this level of interaction for my cat. Seems like an OK product if you know how to find a way for your cat to become engaged with it. In terms of whether it's cleaning her teeth is another matter. I've yet to inspect her teeth properly, but her teeth and gums look healthy.

I adopted an older kitten who has a habit of stealing pencils, pens, markers, Harry Potter mystery wands...& anything else that's even somewhat stick-shaped, So I decided I would try these to see if maybe I could distract her with some sticks of her own & it worked she loves them!!This kitten is 10 months old now & she loves toys of all different types, she loves treats of all different types but these are by far her favorite & that's saying a lot considering she will play with anything & she will eat anything. She isn't too much into catnip but the fact that this is a stick makes up for it for her which ultimately you are paying 4 a bag full of sticks but it's worth it if your cat likes catnip or sticksMy other cat like these well enough they're not her favorite but she'll play with them she loves catnip and she likes these but I wouldn't say she gets too Intoxicated by them...they are just okay for her.Emma-kitty would rate these 10+ of 10Chloe-kitty would rate them 6.5/7 of 10

My cats went crazy IMMEDIATELY after receiving the sticks! They kept playing with it until I took it away :)
