This was a great Bible case for my pre-teen son. It fits his hardcover NIV readers Bible perfectly. It also has two inner pockets for a church bulletin or youth group flier. It could fit a Daily Bread devotional or any thin item. There is enough room for a smaller notebook in the case, but not necessarily in the inner pockets. There are also spots for highlighters or pencils. On the outside there is also a zippered pocket. This is really handy for keeping Bible study/church items together while keeping the Bible protected. It's handy since my son can just grab the handle instead of carrying the Bible in the crook of his arm. He likes it.

Up front, according to the ad, this Bible cover is aimed at children. I ordered one for myself, anyway, because what I saw in the ad convinced me that it didn't matter, and that it would fulfill my needs. When it arrived, I was immediately pleased with it. I needed a case that would carry not only my Bible, but also the journal that I use for personal Bible study.Among the features, it has a pocket to hold the rear cover of the Bible and includes a ribbon that can be used as a bookmark. Inside the front cover there are five pockets. One that can be used for a small note pad, a smaller one that can be used for business cards, personal notes, paper clips, etc. Then there are three small pockets for pens, markers, and pencils. On the outside of the cover is another cover which is just a bit smaller than the cover and has a zipper to close it.The cover itself has a zipper to keep the inside items safe. And then there is another pocket on the outside, that is also zipper closed. There is also a handle attached, to provide easy portability of the case and its contents. The design is fine and can cause some interest among those who see it, when you have it with you while you are out in public.All in all, it's a nice case that fulfills my needs perfectly.
