PRODIAMANT afzuigkap bovenschijf 115mm en 125mm haakse slijpmachines voor slijpwerk met afzuiging

Doet goed zijn werk zat alleen bij een slijpkom wel wat in de weg in combinatie met een bosch machine maar dat is verholpen door een extra ring ertussen te zetten.

Helaas zijn de borstels nogal stug waardoor extra druk op de haakse slijper nodig is.

I followed the supplier instructions and I was not happy at all with the result. It just felt flimsy and there was rubbing between the components. Packaging and quality of the hardware is OK, hence my 3 stars. What I did in order to make it work with a Bosch Professional GWS 880:Modifications of the existing accessory:1. Dust cover top (flattened rivets and notch) and inside (inner rim edge, silver in the pictures)2. Added a 3-4mm-thick ring from a 50mm diam. PVC pipe. in order for it to work as a hard stop and as interface, so the dust cover will not feel flimsy. You can also cut to size one of the supplied plastic rings.Installation (see pictures):1. Remove the protector from the angle grinder2. Fit one of the supplied plastic rings, the one that adjusts to the tool with very little effort.3. Place the PVC ring on the outside of the plastic black ring. The PVC ring needs to be cut in the same way as the supplied rings are4. Place the dust cover and make sure it is placed against the PVC ring, so this one is working as a hard stop. Secure with the clamp.5. Place the grinding disc and lock it in place. Spin the disc to check for unwanted friction or volume conflicts. If so, rework the dust cover again until you feel an acceptable level of friction or if that becomes frictionless.6. Perform a few tests and check for the overall condition of the tool.ConclusionThe wall was successfully ground as it can be seen in the picture. However, this accessory and the hose from the vacuum makes the device rather heavy and bulky. As a result one tends to apply pressure in other areas, deforming the dust cover or changing the grinding angle. It can be seen in the pictures that there was friction between the dust cover and the grinding disc. Not much, but it is clearly visible. It works, but it could be better.

Helaas zijn de borstels van deze afzuigkap te stug waardoor er veel kracht moet worden uitgeoefend om de schijf tegen het werkgebied te krijgen.

Als je een niet al te grote klus hebt om beton te slijpen is dit echt heel veel kwaliteit voor weinig geld! Makkelijk te monteren op haakse slijper en stofzuiger. Het scheelt enorm in de hoeveelheid stof welke vrijkomt bij het slijpen. Heb een beton vloer van ca 5 bij 3 meter afgeslepen.

Verrassend goed, zandcement en beton vloer prachtig glad.

Fungerar utmärkt trots skäligt pris. Kommer med anpassningsringar för att passa olika halsvidd på vinkelkapen. Medföljer en hårdmetall skiva som fungerade även lite finare putsning om man är lätt på handen.

Ich habe das Teil an einen Patfield Winkelschleifer (1200W) montiert. Passt einwandfrei. Ich habe Fliesenkleberreste ca.10qm damit entfernt. Funktioniert super ohne viel Staubentwicklung.
