Perfect for my treadmill

I use this mat for my treadmill to protect my home wooden floor. I use my treadmill for brisk walking. I do not run on it because of my knee problems. The mat stays in place and do not move about when I am using the treadmill. There are at least 4 additional small mats that also came with large main mat. I use these small mats to put under the wheels of the treadmill machine. The floor does not vibrate. Therefore the mat works well. The sound that I can hear comes from the treadmill itself. My treadmill belt probably needs a bit of greasing even though the sound is not loud. My treadmill is downstairs so it’s ok. The thickness of the large treadmill mat and the small mats for the wheels of the treadmill makes a good cushion for the floor. I purchased this mat about a month ago. I use it mostly every other day.

Die Matte liegt unter meinem Speediance Gymmonster und ist bis jetzt nach den ersten 6 Monaten noch immer gut erhalten.
