A great addition to my garden tools and is a good way to melt snow once fired up it sounds like a jet engine

So I wrote this review and gave it a 1 star at first. I bought it almost a year ago and it never worked right, and I missed the return window. I noticed it had a 3 year warranty so I called the 800 number on the tag and got an actual answer from someone who speaks English! I told them the problem, they got my order number, my address and are sending me a full replacement. Now this is customer service...5 stars!!!

Easy, plug-in and Additive tools ... but too bad the screw gas nozzle got loose and dropped. I am handy so I can take apart and screw it back.Other than that, the tool are quite decent and durable. It is very easy to use with the igniter and it's really powerful to burn weed. My patio floor is full of weed and now it is all clean which I can enjoy the backyard now. I also clean up my front yard's patio and rock filled area. Honestly quite addictive too because you basically want to use to clean up everything with it.Last thing Definitely need all the cautions because it certainly can give you a good burn and cause a fire. I have my fire extinguisher and water hose already ready when you. Wear protective gloves and clothing is definitely a good idea when you use it.
