What you get is an inexpensive pack of four small orange retro-reflectors suitable for fitting to a conventional spoked bicycle wheel. They're easy to fit, just put the reflector between two spokes and slide towards the centre of the wheel until both of the little clips lock into place. Looking at them now on my 26-inch wheels, I might replace them with something with more reflecting surface area - maybe these would be better suited to kid's bike wheel sizes, or maybe fit several to one adult-sized wheel?Word of caution - if you change your mind and want to re-position the reflectors, once each clip has locked into place I don't think you can remove it without breaking the clip. So make sure you are sure about where you want to put the reflectors before clicking them into place.

Nice reflectors, unfortunately, I seem to have a bicycle where the measurements are not like average bikes. I had to push these onto my spokes with difficulty, one of them has cracked, but it's not a manufacturer issue, it's just my bike, nothing fits as you would expect, I've had to tweak everything I have bought for this thing already. But they'll be perfect for the average bicycle.
