Excellent product, thick model

I need it for my Canadian Airforce Exercises which I do at home. Being a lady of 77 years old, my balance suits the thickness of this mat otherwise I would topple over. I’m 5’ 8” and the length is perfect so I don’t have to shuffle back and forth while doing the floor exercises. Nice quality. Comfortable. Very happy.
