Amazon sent me an e-mail advertising some of these tools so I went to their website and took a look at them and it is a German company and they has also gone to China to have their things manufactured but they do not look cheap and I called the USA distributor and he said that the quality control is kept tight even though they are made in China. And the steel that they use meets the specifications that the Germans want. But they are not as expensive as hazet tools or other German-made tools which are used by BMW or Mercedes-Benz mechanics.
