Eine wirklich schöne Schere, die sehr gut schneidet. Ich verwende sie zum Schneiden von Garnen und Stickereien. Kann sie nur empfehlen. Damit macht das Hobby noch mehr Spaß :)

When I first started sewing my mother gave a pair of gold plated stork scissors made by Coats Anchor and I have looked after them for more than 30 years. Unfortunately, I spend a lot of time in and out of hospital and I did not want to take them with me in case I lost them, so I decided to get a second pair. Fortunately it was the "replacement" stork scissors that vanished from my embroidery bag when I was last at the hospital, along with several other things including an embroidery hoop and a number of dvds.I wanted another pair of stork scissors but could find any Anchor ones but I found these and some coloured ones.The scissors I received were gold plated up to the blades which are stainless steel.The blades make the beak of the stork with the main body of the scissors making the body of the bird and the handles are the feet.The scissors are duplicates of the original ones. They are same size as the original ones, so will fit in the sewing travel kit where the original scissors are kept and will fit alongside them when I come home. They also make a great talking point when others see them.They are sharp and do not chew the threads when I cut them and the "beak" comes to a fine point which allows you to snip close to the base material or to other threads meaning your work will have a neater reverse.These scissors are a great addition to anyone's sewing kit, and make a present which will be treasured for a lifetime.
