Seems to be exactly what we were looking for: easy to handle with the APP, stainless steel bowl, and my cat loves it. We had to be really careful that the bowl wasn’t made of plastic as my cat has developed feline acne, but I’m hopeful this feeder can help her heal.So far it’s a success

+ Works reliably. We have 3 timers set and it has been delivering the food every time.+ The app is simple but intuitive.+ In a previous model we owned, our cat learned to stick her paw into the hole to "drag" a bit more food. So far, she hasn't done it with this model and the design of the PUPPY KITTY should make it a bit harder (we hope).- You can't find the manual for this model online (in fact there seems to be no reference to it in the manufacturers site)- The 2.4G limitation can be slightly annoying during setup but it seems to be a common feature for cheaper models. Definitely not a deal breaker.

Works great, kitty doesn't wake me up anymore.And if I am late for wet food dinner, I can send her some dry food through the wifi ;)

Overall, it's a nice product, but I've experienced many issues with Wi-Fi disconnections. In such cases, I need to turn it off and on again.Apart from this issue, it works as expected, operating at the times I set and dispensing the right amount of food.The lock for the buttons is a good feature because my cat once randomly pressed them trying to get food, but thanks to this lock, the machine didn't operate :D

Ik heb een oosterse korthaar die levenslang op dieet moet. Maar 2x per dag was echt een drama. Het geschreeuw en treiter gedrag van hem was echt dramatisch. Nu krijgt hij 9x per dag één portie en dit werkt echt fantastisch. Ik heb wel de unit moeten inbouwen want hij trok hem binnen 10 seconden omver. Maar ik blij en hij ook. TOP!

Automaat is makkelijk in te stellen en schoon te maken! De kat weet inmiddels waar het voer te halen valt en gaat elke avond op onderzoek uit, maar het is nog niet gelukt om er buiten de vaste voertijd voer uit te krijgen.

Absolutely furious. The feeder routinely skips meals, but records in the app that the feed was "successful." I have no idea how many meals my poor cat has skipped--she's a ridiculously nice cat who doesn't meow when she's missed a meal. I realized this after almost a MONTH of using this feeder, when I was working from home and realized the food hadn't dispensed all day. I immediately fed her (the app allowed me to do this, it was the scheduled feeds that weren't going through) and set up a camera to check on the food dispersal. The first day, it missed "meal two" but fed meals one, three, and four. The next day it missed meals one and three but fed two and four. No idea why it's so inconsistent. My wifi was connected through all of it, as was the power supply. I wouldn't recommend this feeder to anyone.

È il primo distributore automatico che acquisto. Ho due gatti di taglia grande e volevo programmare i pasti in modo che non si abbuffassero. Lo sto usando da una settimana e lo trovo di ottima qualità e molto efficiente. È abbastanza grande come si vede dalle foto quindi va tenuto di conto, non lo definirei ingombrante ma sicuramente necessita di un po' di posto. Si possono programmare fino a 4 pasti al giorno e fino a 39 tipi di taglia per pasto. Io solitamente alterno fra taglia 1 e 2. All'occorrenza c'è il tasto Manuale che premuto distribuisce automaticamente una taglia di croccantini. Non ho ancora impostato l'audio perché tanto sono spesso a casa e loro comunque non hanno bisogno di essere chiamati perché vengono da soli, ma sicuramente quando andrò via più giorni la registrerò. Contiene tranquillamente 1,5kg di cibo, e avanza spazio quindi penso si arrivi quasi a 2kg. Si può usare sia con corrente che batterie e io dato che non ho una presa di corrente vicino lo uso con 3 Pile Torcia tipo D che si inseriscono alla base del distributore, sotto c'è il cassettino. Lo consiglio e nel caso dovesse cambiare qualcosa aggiornerò il post.

Der Automat portioniert gut kleine Mengen gut einstellbar. Tasten Bedienung auch super man kann manuell füttern per Knopf jedes drücken kommt eine Portion raus.Dazu bekommt man eine App die für smart Home Steuerung aufgelegt ist die NICHT 5ghz geeignet ist steht auch so in der Anleitung. Also mit modernen runtern schonmal schwierig. Dann pflegt man den Futter Automaten ein um überhaupt in die eigentliche App zur Einstellung des Futterautomaten zu gelangen. Wenn man es bis dahin Geschafft hat ab dann wird's übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen. Davor ABSOLUT NICHT der Fall. Verbindungsfehler beim Einrichten weil:Das 5ghz Netz die Verbindung stört.Das WLAN Passwort nicht länger als 18 Zeichen sein darf (jedes Passwort abwerk ist länger).Wenn man die Nutzung von Standort Bluetooth nicht die dauerhaften rechte gibt geht es auch nicht.In der App kann man sein komplettes smart Home Anliegen mit Coming Home system usw. Für Technik begeisterte neu Bau Reihenhaus Besitzer genau das richtige. Aber die haben ja meistens schon ein smart Home system was nicht mit der App kompatibel ist. Für alle anderen die normal wohnen und nur dien Auto Aten Steuern bzw einrichten wollen absolut unnötig und unübersichtlich programmiert. Zusätzlich bekommt man bei jeder fütterung eine push Nachricht das erfolgreich gefüttert wurde. Auch bei jeder Fütterungs plan Ausführung. Ich habe 3 Mal am Tag eine Programmierung dafür was der Automat vorgesehen da mein alter leider kaputt ist wollte ich jetzt einen mit WLAN übrigens camera ist keine drin ob eh schon so aufwendig programmiert ist. Und und bekomme ich 3 Mal am Tag ne Nachricht das erfolgreich gefüttert wurde. Ob ich daneben sitze oder unterwegs bin. Also so smart ist es dann doch nicht trotz Standort und Bluetooth..Ich hoffe er hält wenigstens lange der Automat.Achja die Audio Ruf Funktion Programmieren geht NICHT per App nur am Gerät.Deshalb nur 3 Sterne für die gute Verarbeitung des Geräts. Die App ist SEHR ausbaufähig da ist SEHR VIEL Luft nach oben!Allerdings die Verpackungs Kunst da ist das komplette Budget bei der Berechnung drauf gegangen. In Perfektion verpackt alles ineinander geschachtelt in Folie verpackt und steckt in einander wodurch das Packmass winzig wird. Und man kaum glauben kann das in der Schachtel der komplette Automat drin ist. 👍🏼 Somit wird wahrscheinlich die Rücksendung unmöglich wenn man es nicht per Video dokumentiert hat.

Ormai è un prodotto essenziale dal momento che sono fuori casa tutto il giorno per lavoro.Anche l'assistenza del prodotto è stata ottima, veloce nelle risposte alle mie richieste e molto attenta alle esigenze del cliente.Davvero un ottimo prodotto!
