Using this arm for my Dell 27' and 24' monitors and it works perfectly. It looks good and feels very good quality. The joints/arms can be tightened up to prevent the joints moving easily which works really well. This means there is little 'bounce' when I am typing, moving mouse when playing games etc. The cable management routing plastic pieces are good, however for some reason the cable management piece on the top gas arm is transparent plastic, so you can see the cables going through it, it's not a big deal, but I think it would've looked better if it was black as the rest of the arm to hide the cables further. I can see the arms when I am away from my desk, hence why it annoys me. The backplate also screws onto the back of the monitor, which then slides onto the arm, which is a bit difficult to put on/take off when you have a larger monitor. Apart from these two small things the arm is great.

Ottimo supporto dual monitor, molto regolabile e con passavi anche per cavi spessi con calza. Molto robusto e con fissaggio a scrivania adatto anche alle scrivanie con lo "scalino" come la mia. Rapporto qualità prezzo estremamente elevato.

Over the years I have purchased a number of substantially cheaper monitor arms, only to regret it when the arms could not support the weight of the monitors, or the adjustments were difficult to fine-tune. I reckon I have probably spent more on the cheaper products combined than on this.It comes as a self-assembly product which took me about 20 minutes to assemble. The pack also includes a variety of Allen keys, one of which is also a flat bladed screwdriver. These can be stored in the bracket/clamp after assembly.So far, I have been very impressed with the PUTORSEN Dual Monitor Arm. Each component felt heavy, sturdy and up to the job of supporting my 27-inch screens. The fine-tuning adjustments is very easy. My screens have not dropped from their adjusted position. The arms also have channels in them for cable management.In summary, these are not cheap compared to other manufacturers but this is reflected in the quality of the product. Very happy with these and would recommend.

It's heavy and sturdy, easy to assemble and adjust, and it has some neat cable routing brackets.Just don't lose any of the parts, because there's no way to get replacements.I can't fault the product for my own mistake, but it still sucks.
