If you like your music loud and are an audiophile then you will want to spend a little more but if you are looking for some decent quality speakers for a good price then you can't go wrong with these. Very easy to install and the sound is pretty decent. I have them installed in the walls in my hallway and basement for background music and I am very happy with them.

I bought these to mount in the ceiling in our movie room. They look great, sound fantastic, easy to install, and powerful for their size. Love these speakers.

They sound good, but:- The amount of bass is low, but there is some. Low bass is to be expected from a ceiling speaker.- They are pretty bright in the 2-5khz range, not scooped like a traditional hi-fi speaker, so they might stand out when mixed with floor standing speakers.- The two speakers in the pair had a slightly different response to my ear, I needed to EQ them differently.Construction and installation:- The covers are white, and a little glossy. This makes them stand out against a matte painted ceiling when hit by sunlight.- Provided template was the right size. The speaker fit and mounted easily.- Seems like a very secure fit, the speaker is not falling out of the roof.- The speaker covers do not fix to the speakers well at all. Mine did not even come with 'adhesive'.

These speakers arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the detailed description on the website on Amazon shows these to be 4ohm impedance but they were actually 8ohm. This was in-compatible with my amplifier. I had to return these. To "Pyle" please ensure your descriptions are aligned in your specifications in both places to avoid the same issue for others and unnecessary returns.
