I had to make the hole larger by about an 1/8” on the the camper. Used a rotary sanding attachment in .080 grit which worked great! Camper has vacuum formed walls like compressed fibreglass and just sanded in circles till the Pyle speaker fit. Used the Pyle to replace the Furrion 5” original speaker where as the Centre tweeter cones both let go. So far I’m happy with the Pyle 5.25 but we’ll see what happens 4 years from now. Speakers makes a good replacement with decent sound for the price.

Good sound and easy to install.

These are a replacement for the Magnadyne 25w that were original on our RV. We did not have flush mount speakers, as there is a tilted base separate from the speaker. (Flush mount require a much larger hole in your RV, but these fit on a base that only required a small hole for wires to poke through that the manufacturer put in.) All we needed to do was unscrew and disconnect the old ones and these new Pyles went on seamlessly. That is why we bought these, but also the reviews were good and the 180w was MUCH better than what we had. The old speakers were on Amazon for about the same price as these, but those only lasted 6 years on our rig as an 'outdoor' speaker. We did not use them alot nor loudly, so imagine my surprise on the last trip when we found they had both blown out. These new Pyles sound VERY clear and are much more attractive. The outer lip was a teensy bit bigger than our tilted base but the screw holes lined up (these were 5.25") and took less than 10 minutes to install. Can't wait to use them on our next trip - although we tried them out in the yard and I'm sure my neighbors enjoyed our quality music for a few minutes. LOL

I used these to replace the stock Furrion FMS5B on my Jayco trailer and they sound better than the originals. Not a lot better, but somewhat better which was good enough considering the price and that they are 5.25" speakers. The backshell is a bit bigger than the Furrions and I had to cut the hole out a little to fit. The Pyle speakers use a smaller spade connector but I soldered the connections so it didn't matter. Just remember to use some heat shrink or tape on the connections so they don't accidentally short out if you have metal siding on your trailer. All in all, I'm happy with the quality and value of the product. They also shipped very quickly.
