Smooth case and hard to grip on to.Wireless charger dose not work on samsung. I wish this was explained in the description.The phone holder is very good and really holds on to the phone tight.Returned item due to Wireless charger not being compatible.

The mount is great but the casenis too slippery. The phone case needs texture on the edges so you can better grip your phone.

The quality seemed fine until the magnetic ring fell out, only 2 weeks after I started using it.I cannot fault the mag car mount, it is really well made and fits perfectly to the vent. It's really solid and very good quality.The case is on the bulky side, which is fine, but on a Galaxy S25 Ultra it just makes it too big and adds a bit too much weight. Then the mag ring kept getting stuck on the charger and had to be clipped back into the case after every use, after just 2 weeks.I can also not fault Quad Lock's customer care, they were quick to respond and went above and beyond to help. I ordered the items from Amazon UK and then left for a few months in Europe, I contacted Quad Lock and they allowed me to return the items from France with a free return. So I am really impressed.Over all, if the mag ring had not kept falling out I would have lived with the extra bulk of the case, as it is a fantastic system and the car charger is excellent, but I do believe this to be a design flaw as I found loads of other people reporting the same issue on Pinterest, from a few years ago so it's clearly a known issue.
