Its a okay product a little annoying that I can not set it to default on. Every time I get in my car I have to manually enable it by pushing that little button.

I bought a tractor that had a pre-drilled 12v cut out in the storage compartment, but no outlet. This charger is a solid unit, feels well made and I like that it will tell you the voltage (especially on something like my tractor). I used this wire here on Amazon: 18 Gauge Wire 2 Conductor,18 AWG Electrical Wire Stranded PVC Cord Oxygen-Free Copper Cable,26FT 2 Core Pure Copper Flexible Cable Wire for LED Lamp Lighting Strips Automotive (18AWG-2C, 26FT)...Which was perfect as it is heavy duty and my wiring was going to be exposed to the elements. I ended up using my own connectors as well. This unit fit perfectly in the 12v cut-out, and since the storage area gets very dusty, the rubber plug to cover the USB ports when not in use is perfect. I wired it to an aux fuse so it is only powered when the tractor is running. Now I can charge my phone and another device while on the tractor. Love it.

Writing this after I have it in my hands and can certainly vouch for what I am saying. The quality is so cheap that you would not feel like installing it even in your second hand purchased Alto (older generation).

Vor allem der Ausschalter ist echt gut, weil sich sonst die Batterie endlädt. Spannungsanzeige ist sehr nützlich, so weiß man ob man starten sollte oder nicht. Alte BMWs zB mögen es gar nicht wenn zu wenig Spannung anliegt.

J'avais le model précédent durant 2 ans et je n'ai jamais eu de problème.Il a rendu l'âme (mais je ne trouve pas ça dérangeant après 2 ans de service), je l'ai donc remplacé par celui-ci.Après installation, il s'allumait, je ne me suis donc pas inquiété. Ceci-dit, je suis allé roulé et j'ai remarqué que mon téléphone se déchargeait. En effet, le module s'était éteint. Je le rallume, il s'éteint après quelques minutes.Je viens de vérifier la tension, ma batterie et le câblage.Batterie nickel (12,9V)Arrivée aux câbles okCependant, le module n'affiche que 9,8V. En roulant, il descendait même à 5-6V.Donc, produit non fonctionnel. J'espère que le vendeur m'en enverra un nouveau car manifestement je suis tombé sur un produit défayant et je dois reconnaître que le vendeur n'y est pour rien.
