Good value however, 2 cons. Too much on one page so pictures and writing a bit small. Secondly, lamination is a plus but it means they won't fit in display folders which I bought to put them in.

After searching for exercise posters that are durable, easy to read and understand, I decided to give these posters a chance.I have a small home gym in my house that my wife and kids use, and these posters are perfect.They come rolled up together, but once you remove them from the plastic, they unroll themselves. I am using small poster command strips, and they were hung straight from the Amazon box they came in. There are instructions on how to remove any curves in the posters if you would like, we found it unnecessary as they mounted great. We ordered the laminated version, and they come with a thick laminate over them which is great. The pictures are easy to see what the exercise involves, and which muscle groups are involved and my kids had a fun time while putting down the video games and getting in some exercise. Don’t hesitate if you are reading this review, they are great.After seeing these in person hanging up, I would have paid double the price for them.

Great posters for workin’ on your fitness! I hang them on my ceiling and look at them while I’m falling asleep in hopes that I will magically work out in my dreams.

This is a straight forward pack of exercise workout posters. We wanted to put a couple up in our small home gym to keep us motivated and to provide alternative suggestions for exercise moves to give us variety. I like that they are laminated because we can use dry-erase markers on them to mark off particular exercises and then clean them off easily later. Overall, this is a great purchase -- great quality and exactly as described.
