The handle on my AEG fridge broke (due to poor design) and is not covered under warranty. An original replacement part was around £50 and would in all likelihood break again and so I wanted to try these instead. They feel quite utilitarian but are just the right size and comfortable to hold. I wasn't sure about the strength of the adhesive but other reviews looked good. Having stuck it to the door of my fridge and left it for around 30 minutes to make sure the adhesive had enough time to properly 'stick', I found that the handle is indeed very strongly stuck to the door and the handle works very well as an alternative to the original handle. Obviously, it is stuck to the paint on the door, so hopefully the paint itself won't come away! After a week of use, there is no sign of the handle coming off, so I'm very pleased with my purchase.
