I realize there are more than 1 source for these ceramic valves, but it seems there really isn't that many different manufacturers. Most all are imported from China. The big box stores sell the same ones with big names and big prices. Why would you spend more than necessary?

Sturdy replacement part, inexpensive. I bought one before--it lasted around 18 months. That's good enough. It's easy to replace and for the cost, no problem replacing it every year and a half.
