I managed to drop a roll of labels on a spindle, one of the guides broke.MY stupid fault, but at the price not a surprise.Still happy with them just be careful.Beware: allow a little wiggle room for the roll to rotate properly.As you can see, once installed the connector and side guides are fixed.My label printer is branded Phomemo 246 Pro - standard shipping label printer, unfortunately crowded on the feed side so the cables impinge on space for the feeder.THIS arrangement solves that so I can have the roll over on one side - even the full 4" ones.Not had any feed jams or other misfeeds since I started using it.In fact I was impressed enough that I have just ordered another two, so 4x3", 3x2", 2x1" - saves mucking around changing label rolls (for size that is) and elastic banding.At 7.99 easily worth while. Although I am only using one base, just the spindle and guides for the other rolls; useful to have spares I guess.Means the one which came with the printer and another I bought are redundant, but my fault for not finding THIS design earlier.Actually I would recommend people just buy the printer and get these seperately.Might be better if someone sold a dust cover or box for it but I just use microfibre towels as dust covers for everything anyway.If I like it so much, why only 4 stars?1: I almost never give 5, always makes me suspicious it is paid for; anybody trying to bribe me gets 1-3 stars for their trouble!2: my ONLY niggle with this - the support for the crossbar is a little TOO easy to put in / take out, would prefer it to click into place or be a wee bit wider.
