Please ignore that, they're clearly not using it correctly.I'm an experienced professional and can 100%, categorically confirm this IS fit for purpose and fits standard threads on microphone stands

Good accessory

It is great for freeing up desk space but the locking screw doesn't tighten enough to keep the mixer from flopping over. I still need to keep it next to my desk so I can see and use the board.

The product works as advertised, very strong build quality and professional black coated finish. I'm using it for mounting monitors and it holds everything in place perfectly.I notice another review stating that the connection isn't standard, and questioning which adapter they need. It is actually a fairly standard sized connection for audio equipment. You'll need a 1/4" to 3/8" screw adapter to mount to some tripods and boom arms.

Does NOT fit "any standard microphone or studio arm" as the description claims. I own three different mic arms, from different companies, including the El Gato Low Profile microphone arm. The thread size on the side that mounts to the studio or mic arm does not fit any standard thread on any of my mic arms. I cannot find any information on the thread size needed, so I would have to blindly search for an adapter to HOPEFULLY make this item work. I feel I've had my time and money wasted by the lack of proper specifcations and information on this product.
