Alors comment vous dire qu'initialement, j'ai fait part de mon mécontentement à l'équipe Radoff, en effet, il manquait une fonctionnalité très importante, l'export des données.Alors, j'ai dans un premier temps contacter l'équipe Radoff pour demander si la fonctionnalité existait et ils m'ont dit que non. Le chatbot m'avait dit que oui, d'où ma confusion.J'étais donc très déçu et l'ai manifesté via mon premier avis.Mais la ou un autre vendeur m'aurait envoyé sur les roses, l'équipe Radoff à proposer de m'aider et ils l'ont fait en m'envoyant ce dont j'avais besoin.Et je tiens à les remercier pour cela.Si vous cherchez un bon produit et un support à l'écoute, alors n'hésitez plus ;)Merci encore à l'équipe Radoff !

I recently bought one Radoff Now air quality monitoring device on Amazon, and I am really happy with it. One of the best things about this device is that it doesn't need batteries, which is a big plus for me. I have tried other similar devices in the past, but this one stands out in terms of accuracy and stability.The app that comes with the device is fantastic. It's simple to use but packed with a lot of information. I find it very helpful to check all the air quality details so easily. Plus, the device looks sleek and modern, which is a nice touch.An immediate benefit I noticed was that the device showed a high concentration of PM (particulate matter) in my apartment. This information prompted me to replace the HVAC filters, which was actually overdue. If this doesn't solve the issue, I might need to buy an air-filtering device.Overall, I feel much safer now knowing that I can constantly check the air quality in my home. It's reassuring to have this level of control over the air I breathe. This air quality monitoring device has definitely made a positive impact on my daily life.

Este producto es verdaderamente muy útil ya que me permite controlar directamente desde el móvil todos los contaminantes del aire que se van actualizando continuamente. Tengo otros instrumentos de análisis del aire y comparándolos los valores coinciden. La instalación ha sido muy sencilla y su atención al cliente estupenda.

Had some errors on setup. Contacted support and they helped me to setup my device properly.I got it running. I like that there's a web application where I can check and manage all the air quality related measurements. I also get push notifications when air quality is bad, that's a nice addition.The measurements are accurate.All in all - their customer support is great - very proactive and helpful. Can recommend this device, for every home.
