My daughters (ages 8 and 6) are taking piano lessons, and this is a great supplemental music teaching tool. We have coordinated on several of the songs they are learning with this instrument. I love that the "black" keys that they play on the piano are represented above in blue.The plastic case is solid, and I love that everything is contained within the case. Win!

Good sound/tone from all plates.Some tones are little shrill especially at higher pitch.Its a good distraction to keep you away from screens. My 1yo daughter also likes to play, when she hears my tunes.

This is a good quality instrument for the price. It was just what I was looking for to teach music to a child. The children love it, and the sound is much better than you get from a child's toy version of a xylophone.

Great quality, children friendly and amazing way to teach music and develop ability from an early stage. Even grown ups can use it indistinctly, because it is a professional quality instrument.
