Delivered quickly and was very easy to use. Had a good key lock system to stop our dog getting into it. Has a handy clear section on the top to see if the poison has been eaten. No more signs of rats after using this

It’s a good size box for mice.. definitely need larger for ratsEase of use with the key is tricky, it has two springs either side of the lock and the key doesn’t always catch in the lock and therefore, doesn’t close properly..It takes a lot of patience and perseverance to lock it so the key can be removed without it springing open again! My advice is to push down hard on the lid until you hear a click and gently turn the key so it can be removed

A small sturdy bait box that does not look out of place in a small garden. Took a while to unlock box, and to lock it again. Could not see why it would not lock. I am using bait not trap.

Not very impressed with this baiter as it is not "large", but more medium sized, where larger rodents will have trouble entering into the chamber and get access to the blocks.The lock does not close and hold shut very well as a few attempts have to be made before the lid locks down fullyThe mounting rods for the bait blocks are too short as the recommended blocks length don't fit into the receptacles, so I had to drop them into the pots without the rods.(wish I had researched this better but you go by the advertisers statements), but as these are not expensive it's not that big a deal, as long as it is effective as we back onto a farm, and we and other neighbours have noticed an increase of the pests since the weather worsened recently.An update will be given if the baiter works and the bait blocks are taken(eaten)

Lid does not shut properly. Lid does not close on most attempts and you have to push it down hard in a particular point for it to click shut.Product description says "1x wall fixing bracket" but there was nothing in the box or packaging. This is misleading. No seal on packaging box so could have lost the bracket in warehouse or might be returned item not checked and re-sold to me.Product description says "1x detachable bait trays" but there was nothing in the box or packaging. This is misleading.Product description "says set of keys" but there was nothing in the box or packaging - only 1 key. This is misleading.Two large holes in the bottom - presume screw holes - in an awkward position to be able to screw into floor. Maybe needs the bracket which is missing.Only two small sections to put bait / bait blocks.It is smaller than the original 18cm 16cm product spec described on the product photo. I have measured it. Again this is MISLEADING.Only space for one bait block on each rod by the looks of it.Very poor design:-Key does not go in or come out properly. Key width is same size as keyhole 😂 so have to push it in and pull it out. Key holder on front of box (pictured on product spec photos) is useless because you have to get under the box to insert / remove key which will not be possible due to it being fixed in position on the floor. Again, maybe needs the bracket for a lift, which is missing.I can see now why they do not have a top down picture. Because the warning text on the top is printed with incorrectly spaced characters.Pointless window on the top. You have to look in at an angle to see the bait sections.
