The ball and band are very good quality. The ball makes for a realistic stretch and practice. Works great and helps stretch my son’s arm and prevent injuries before a game.

Good for my lefty pitcher to warm up before games. Small and convenient to keep in the baseball bag, attach to the fence, and loosen up before the game. We had the ones without the attached ball but he likes this better as it's a more realistic feeling to have a ball in your hand. We'll see how it holds up!

We liked the idea of this band because its one of the few that has a baseball on the end. Makes it nice for ball players loosening their elbows and shoulders.It has worked well so far. Being used by a 15 year old high school player and the resistance is good. Its not difficult but it gets the job done.
