TLTR: Great keyboard, highly recommend this for working or gaming. Well done Razer.Just like a handyman would own many different types of hammers for they are his day to day working tools. I own many keyboards. I am a computer scientist who spends his working hours at a keyboard. In addition I am a gamer, who spends his free time also at the keyboard.I own Asus ROG keyboards, a couple of Logitech keyboards (the newest ones) and couple corsair keyboards and a couple from some other less known brands that I usually end up giving to friends and family.I also only write reviews for products that are either extremely disappointing (1 star) to warn people about them, or products that exceed my expectations (5 stars). I do not even bother with a product that I think is just average.Now Let us talk about this product.This is the first Razer keyboard I own. I went with this one in particular because it was one of the cheapest they had with all the features I wanted (mechanical, not too noisy, back light, etc. read specs). let me tell you, this keyboard is now, together with the ASUS ROG, my favourite keyboard. However, it only costs a fraction of the price!!!If this is the cheap end of the Razer keyboards, I am definitely exited to acquire (eventually) one of the top huntsman tournament Elite keyboards with optical switches.Now for the features. They are very comfortable and great sturdy quality. They have Mechanical switches that feel clicky and awesome to the touch.In terms of being quiet, Razer does a great job (and i have a lot of keyboards that are "quiet" to compare them with").The O-rings are included but not installed. Keys are easy to remove with the tool they include and o-rings easy to install. They do dampen the noise enough to be noticeable (do not expect this to be a ninja keyboard with zero noise, it is mechanical after all). However, I opted to use it with no O-rings since they keyboard is not very loud to begin with and I personally love the low click sounds.if i had to compare to the Cherry MX switches, I would say they are a bit less noisy than the brown cherry MX switches, and for all keyboard nerds like me out there we know this is some serious accomplishment :) . Well done Razer, I will definitely try some other of your products. I highly recommend this keyboard for both working and gaming.

Lo compre para jugar StarCraft 2 y no quería los colores de RGB del tournament edition por lo que me decidí por este modeloTenía mis dudas respecto al sonido más elevado de los interruptores mecánicos por lo que inmediatamente le instale las donas de plástico que vienen incluidas, proceso que fue lento pero nada molesto, mas bien relajante y los resultados reducen el sonido al presionar las teclas con intensidad y no representa molestia algunaYa había olvidado la precisión y comodidad de este tipo de teclados por haber utilizado los de membrana por los últimos 7 años y sufriendo ocasionalmente los problemas resultantes de que no se ejecuten las acciones esperadas al presionar algunas teclas sin que hagan contacto adecuado, situación que con este acsesorio queda resuelta al cien por cientoSi estás interesado en un teclado de buena calidad con una imagen moderna y sobria capaz de desempeñar su función de manera excelente tanto en juegos como en el día a día ésta es la opción, ahorrando el espacio del teclado numérico que no siempre es indispensable y en mi caso es un modulo innecesarioCuenta con algunas teclas de función sin ser excesivas, la conexión es usb y la retro iluminación es solo blanca pero con la capacidad de regular su intensidad, no solo iluminan la letra de la tecla sino tambien el fondo donde están montadasQuedo muy satisfecho con esta compra y lo recomiendo sin dudar

If you're looking for a great mechanical keyboard of solid build and trusted quality; this one is for you. However, it's nowhere near as quiet as you'd thought it be. Unless you manually fit each key with the supplied washers. Then it just gets slightly quieter.If you're going to be sitting in a room with all your lights off, bare in mind that the function (fn) options engraved on each key are not lit by the backlighting (at all) so you won't see them at all.
