Ik ben niet echt gewend van razer dat dingen zo snel kapot gaan jammergenoeg was dit wel het geval bij deze muis mat hij connect niet meer met de app en heeft vaak wel connectie maar alleen met stroom geen data of doet het gewoon helemaal niet jammer genoeg

After 14 months, the LED is almost completely faded. I contacted support, they created an RMA, and I am enjoying a new mousepad.

Its a good mousepad overall. It has good looking rgb that can be synchronised with other Razer products. Only thing I don't link is that stains are hard to remove.

I got the Chroma about 1 year ago and the lightning isn't smooth anymore, at some points the light is more pronounced then at other points and it only gets worse

Na nog geen 2 jaar is de LED compleet kapot. Alleen helemaal rechts boven waar de controller zit geeft hij nog beetje licht, alles rechts doet niks meer. Voor dit geld mag je toch meer verwachten.

Het pakket was al geopend voordat het geleverd was. Dit was duidelijk te zien aan de sticker die kapot was en de vlekken op de mat. Ook was het plastic verfrommeld. Het product werkt wel doekje er over en verder is het wel een fijne muismat.

Only downside is the delivery was so much late on the given date of delivery even in prime. Other than that, the product is ok.

I bought this for my girlfriend quite a while ago, she was very excited initially due to it being RGB and matching her keyboard/mouse etc.The only downside with the mousemat is that it can get dirty looking due to its colour, So you want to clean it regularly so that doesn't build up.I think if you were to eat or drink over it & spilled anything on it then you'd have it looking a bit gross.It's a nice mouse mat though & if you care about a fancy looking girly setup then it's definitely a good buy.
