Great adhesion!!!!

Tore out the acrylic bath/shower insert and tiled the surround. There was a thin gap between the tub and the bottom tiles where mildew flourished. Killed the mildew with bleach and let everything dry for a couple of days. Caulked with this in clear. You can't see it, but several weeks later there's no sign of mildew. A light spray of bleach now and then keeps it clean with no scrubbing. Less expensive than most, but works well.

Hold your breath while applying; this stuff will burn your nose hairs out. But, it made a perfect seal for my shower and was drying on my first beads before I set my last. Of course I gave it a few hours before use, and dried the area throughly before use with a heat gun, but I think I could have been lazier and still gotten a great seal.

Product very expensive compare to other brands but it says 10 years against mold and mildew, so I taught it would worth it. This product is easy to install, does not smell too much and was dry in no time, I was happy once installed. Unfortunatly, mildew appeared only 6 weeks after application. After such a short delay, it’s even worst than the old one It was repleacing that was 10 years old. Tried to get in touch with the company, after 3 mails and 3 weeks waiting for an answer, they told me in a few lines, that the problem does not come from their product, that’s it. No more questions or demand for a picture, they don’t even care about the way it’s been installed. Thank you, it helped me a lot….I bought another tube from another company (75% Cheaper!!! OMG, I realized how I got screwed!!) It’s been more than 6 month and everything is still perfect. Moral of this story ‘’DON’T BUY FROM THEM’’
