This is so fun for people (like me!) who dread the weaving in of ends. There are many different colour combos available, if you choose a few different with black or white, you could even have a scrappy blanket. It takes a little patience to find the right tension, but once you do, these squares whip up so quickly!As others have noted, the black seems to fall a bit short on each one for me, so I would recommend adding a little extra tension in each side of the final round.

Takes a little experimenting with hook and tension but once sorted my goodness how I love not sewing in ends.

Pros:*no ends to weave in*Lots of color choices*Recommended Pattern inside the label, although there are lots of alternatives available on YouTube*super easy to use IF you follow the pattern on the band.Cons:*colors are fixed, you have to start with the same color*lots of spots where darker colors have bled onto the lighter colors (see pictures). This is not a one-off, I have purchased multiple skeins in multiple colorways and every single skein have these splotches. I even have a couple of squares that have an uneven pale blue where it should be white.I do really like this yarn for granny squares but I feel that it's very overpriced for the quality. It is just a specialty version of Red Heart Super Saver which you can get for $6 in some places so any more than $25 for the 3 pack is too much.

The Super saver may not be the softest yarn but you get a lot for your money. Its longevity speaks for itself. It has been around for as long as I have been alive. And we are still using it .

I bought two different colors and alternated them to make an easy fun colorful afghan. Red heart is the best and doesn’t break the bank if doing as gifts.
