Red Heart Super Saver garen, Sutherland Stripe 3

This yarn is easy to work with but I am a little disappointed as it's not as soft as I thought it would be.

The colors are very pretty together. I've got a lot of complaints on the yarn.

I love this color, ordered the 3 pack for $13-14 and I surely was going by the photo and not the actually yards. These are small, I could have ordered them elsewhere for $2-3 each. Lovely color & quality just bummed as the advertised photo looks like a full plump one. As you can see in the photo compared to the hooks next to them they are small and that even looks larger than it actually is.

I bought “Sutherland Stripe” because I liked the bright colours that were in the picture. However, this yarn is not as it is pictured. Colors used in this yarn are not vibrant. There is no yellow. It’s an ugly greyish ocre. Distribution of colour is very inconsistent and unpredictable. Yarn looks dirty and drab, and my overall project looks dull and unappealing.I tried splitting the yarn into different colours, but it was impossible to work with because of uneven distribution of color, and there was a tremendous amount of waste.

I crochet a lot, but can't get to the store to by my yarn often. Buy it on line is great for me. It just like what you would find at the store, sometimes a but cheaper on line. I have no complaints.
