It didn’t seem suitable for the inside back window, as it’s designed to be mounted above the number plate for optimal performance. They offered to send me the correct rear camera free of charge, including free shipping.Their prompt and considerate customer service turned a potential problem into a seamless resolution. Ich habe die Dashcam für meinen Vater zu Weihnachten bestellt aufgrund der sehr guten Rezensionen. Als die Dashcam ankam, ist mit die edle Verpackung direkt aufgefallen. Die Kamera ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Mein Vater hat sich sehr gefreut. Er hat die Dashcam noch nicht eingebaut, da er auf das Hardwire Kit für den Parkmodus wartet.Hervorzuheben ist, wie schon viele Andere geschrieben haben, der Support! So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Kontakt am Abend aufgenommen und morgens kam schon die Rückmeldung. Ich bin sicher, dass man mit der Firma nichts Falsches machen kann. Auch wenn Probleme auftreten würden, bekommt man sofort Hilfe und eine Lösung.Nach dem Einbau der Dashcam werde ich die Rezension updaten.Vorerst klare Empfehlung für den Kauf der Redtiger Produkte!Nachtrag: Mittlerweile ist die Kamera montiert. Die Montage war einfach und problemlos. Das Bild der Frontkamera ist sehr gut und klar, obwohl wir nicht die höhste Auflösung gewählt haben. Auch die Rückkamera ist gut und völlig ausreichend. Die Bedinung der Kamera und der App ist einfach und intuitiv.Den Support kann man nicht genug loben. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, dass man sofort Fragen beantwortet bekommt, alle Probleme gelöst bekommt und sogar Zubehör zugesandt bekommt, bis alles passt. 5 Sterne sind hier nicht genug ********** ;-)

l'ho acquistata da circa un mese e devo dire che mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta. la cam si presenta abbastanza piccola e quindi posizionandola con un po' di accortezza sul bordo alto del vetro anteriore diventa quasi invisibile, quella posteriore è praticamente invisibile (io l'ho applicata all'interno dell'auto, sulla parte alta del tettuccio sfruttando una parte plastificata dello stesso, e centrale del lunotto e da fuori è praticamente invisibile). nella scatola che arriva si trova tutto l'occorrente per il montaggio che è praticamente facilissimo (circa mezz'ora compreso un piccolo studio per capire dove far passare i cavi: per la cam posteriore io li ho fatti passare nella parte superiore laterale sx sfruttando le guarnizioni della porta e della giuntura dei piantoni del lunotto anteriore e centrale della portiera, per la cam anteriore la giuntura del piantone anteriore dx e la guarnizione della porta che dato che i fusibili li ho sotto il cassettino passeggero), la parte eccedente del filo sotto l'imbottitura del piantone posteriore. a parte questo che poi la posizione è questione personale, devo dire che le riprese effettuate sono veramente straordinarie, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la cam anteriore, che ha una risoluzione maggiore rispetto a quella posteriore, anche grazie al filtro polarizzatore (opzional). le riprese diurne eccellenti per entrambe e le targhe perfettamente visibili; le riprese notturne in centri abitati e/o illuminati sono molto nitide e anche qui la visione delle targhe è molto buona (nel mio caso devo però dire che avendo un SUV e quindi abbastanza alta, con la posizione dei fari un po' più in alto, a volte la targhe di che precede sono praticamente illeggibili (perchè "abbagliate"), ma basta stare leggermente più distanti e un po' "disassati" da chi ci precede per renderle abbastanza visibili; le riprese nelle strade buie (extraurbane), restando comunque le difficoltà già indicate prima per la parte anteriore, per la parte posteriore ovviamente non si vede quasi nulla a meno che non vi sia un altro veicolo che segue, ma la lettura della targa resta sempre un po' difficoltosa. le funzioni che offre la cam sono già ampiamente descritte nella presentazione della cam e sono effettivamente molte, ma soprattutto veritiere e quindi non sto a ripeterle. mi sento però di spendere due parole in più, oltre che per ribadire che il servizio consegna Amazon è ineccepibile, per il servizio assistenza fornito dal rivenditore, in particolare a Karen e Alice che pazientemente hanno ascoltato e risolto ogni mio dubbio nel giro di 12 ore massimo riuscendo a mantenere una gentilezza e professionalità senza uguali, il che denota quanto tengano in considerazione la soddisfazione del cliente.se siete arrivati fino a questo punto, beh, mi sembra superfluo dirVi che il prodotto mi ha pienamente soddisfatto e che mi sento vivamente di consigliarvelo dato che le prestazioni sono da paragonarsi ad un prodotto di livello superiore
