I love these sandles, their my second pair (last ones were stolen). If you have issues with your arches these sandles are definitely helpful.

I have a 10 year old pair of these same flip flops that I bought in the US that are a US size 6. That corresponds to a UK4. I am a US5/UK3, so already I went larger the last time. I bought the UK4 if these, but they were too small…my heel was on the verge of hanging off. I returned and got a UK5, and they are exactly the same size as my old pair. The label says they’re size US7/UK5. I can tell you that I have never fit into a US7 or a UK5! So in short: size up at least 1, perhaps 2 sizes!As for comfort, they feel the same as my older pair (which I have worn SO MUCH, every year, for miles and miles of walking…and still will be worn until the day they have a hole in them or the strap breaks because I love them)…only time will tell is these new ones will have the same comfort and longevity. I hope so! These reef cushions are so so comfortable!
