Well made. The ring on the end keeps it from falling into the hole and easy to hold. I have a 1/2" diameter for my sunroof drain hole. It went down easily. Quality and good brush connection.Measure the top of the car and add a foot or two for the bends. My drain was 8ft and this is the longest I could find which was 9.83 feet.I tried fishing line, weed whacker cord, coated electrical wire, 6 foot similar line with bush, recommended 30 psi air nozzle (WARNING- it can dislodge connections), baking soda chased with vinegar (I didn't try it), and long nosed pliers.I inserted 10cc syringe of water into the left sunroof drain & it drained out behind the left & right side front tires. This proved there are connectors that can break.To start - Use a (I had a 10cc) syringe or a long-necked bottle to slowly pour water because too much will start leaking again and you are just checking the drain function.Do NOT be aggressive because you don't want to break a connection.Sometimes a connection broke & this tool can tell you where by tapping. It can break one also.Mine was clogged with paint particulates from a front door repair that coated until clogged along with 2 pine needles.

The spring where brush is attached is too flimsy making it useless.
