I followed the size guide, which recommended I buy a 4XL due to my height and weight. I would normally wear XL sized pants so I wasn't sure if this would be the correct size to choose. The 4XL ended up being a great fit, and provide great compression.

As a flight attendant, having compression nylons is an absolute must. These definitely fit the bill! I haven’t had the pleasure of using medical grade compression in order to compare those ones with this pair, but I’ve been wearing this pair for almost 2 months and my feet and legs definitely feel a difference. Very supportive! I’ve hand washed and also put them in the washing machine on a gentle cycle to hang them to dry afterwards, and they are still holding up. The crotch area (the white part) has begun to have little holes I guess from wear and tear, and possibly from the washing machine, but overall I am still happy with them and would order another pair if needed. I’m 5’9, around 160-170lbs and the XXL is what I purchased.

Le calze sono resistenti e fanno il loro lavoro. Sono un po' difficili da indossare ma con un po' di pazienza ci si riesce. Resistenti come materiale. Dopo circa 4 ore da averle indossate ( il primo giorno) le ho dovute togliere perché sentivo forte la compressione. Ma appena tolte ho visto grandi miglioramenti, la Gamba che ha un linfedema con lago linfatico nel piede è migliorata di tanto e sentivo le gambe più leggere e per niente affaticate. Il lago linfatico nel piede era sgonfio quasi del tutto. Le consiglio.
