Very tasty, and definitely helps with dehydration.

This is hands down my favorite electrolyte. It tastes great! No artificial “kool-aid” flavor. The stevia is just enough to lightly sweeten it without being overpowering like most. Hydrates super well. I feel great drinking it.

Thus does not taste like strawberry. I would not recommend this to anyone. It tastes disgusting.
