Inmiddels hebben wij na positief gebruik 2 Remi’s bij gekocht zodat al onze kinderen een eigen Remi hebben. Sinds het gebruik van deze wekker slapen blijven ze s ochtends beter in bed liggen. Hierdoor zijn zij en wij beter uitgerust. Het enige nadeel is dat de wekker erg prijzig is.

I wanted so much to like this clock. We were huge fans of the "OK to Wake" light up alarm clocks when our kids were very young. Now that they need to get up for school, we were excited to find a clock that could do a silent but visible smiley face for weekend wakeup, PLUS custom MP3 playing capability to wake them during the week. Despite the huge price increase from the other clock, we decided REMI's capabilities were worth the cost.This has turned out to be a mistake. The Urban Hello team is based in Europe and apparently never tested the clock in different time zones. For months now we have experienced the clocks randomly (and frequently) resetting to CEST (6 hours ahead for us). This is annoying at any time, but is particularly bad when it happens overnight and the alarm clock either goes off 6 hours early or not at all. When I first contacted support they appeared to be helpful asking several questions about our setup and then confirming that there was a problem that they would fix shortly. Weeks later when the issue was still occurring I reached back out and was told they hadn't fixed it yet because there were other critical issues they needed to work on with their products first and asked me to be patient. Another month later with the timezone resets still happening my son's REMI was displaying an error code that I couldn't clear. I contacted support again to get some help and I still have not heard back from them at all (several days now at the time of this writing).I will update this post if we get resolution and the clocks become usable for us, but in the meantime, we've begun the search for a more stable alarm clock for our kids. For others, if you're not in CEST time zone, I strongly recommend finding a better solution than the REMI.UPDATE - the Urban Hello team has addressed the issues we were having with the clock and it's become an essential for our kids. We have the clocks set to go to "sleep" at a certain time in the evenings and they use this to know they need to get ready for bed. We have multiple alarms set (some with custom loaded MP3s) to help the kids wake depending on school (music) or weekend (just a smiling clock). We got off to a rocky start with the stability of the clocks, but at this point they've been functioning without a hitch for several weeks and the kids love them. It's also great to be able to update the alarm schedule through an app and not have to go into their rooms if you happen to forget to update the alarm for some special occasion. Well worth the investment (and in our case the issues we worked through with the Urban Hello team).UPDATE 2: The Urban Hello team continues to improve this product and has remained very attentive to the issues and concerns we originally faced. Both of the REMIs are a huge hit with our children and easy for us to manage their wakeup schedule.

Enfin un outils efficace, bien pensé, utile, fonctionnel et que ma fille adore.Il a tout pour lui ce Rémi !Si seulement je l'avais découvert il y a 6 ans pour ma première fille!!!J'ai quand même dû acheter 4 « horloges à sommeil » pour enfin trouver la bonne !!!

WAHNSINN!!!! Nein, im Ernst, das Teil ist echt der Hammer. Seit gefühlt 6 Jahren suche ich für unsere Tochter die Eierlegendewollmilchsau und bin noch nie über Remi gestolpert, leider. Das Ding kann echt alles was wir wollten und darüber hinaus noch mehr.Remi kam heute bei uns an und ich hab natürlich gleich versucht das Teil in Betrieb zu nehmen. Es stellte sich als etwas störrisch heraus, aber auch nur weil ich wieder mal zu faul war die Anleitung zu lesen. Kleiner Tip an dieser Stelle, wenn beim Einschalten auf dem Display eine Nummer erscheint die unter 236, muss man ein manuelles Update durchführen. Einfach die Datei auf startremi.com runterladen, per PC-USB verbindung auf dem Remi schieben und kurz warten. Dann klappts auch mit der Inbetriebnahme.Der Rest der Einstellungen ist schnell gemacht und gehen leicht von der Hand. Ich bin echt gespannt auf die erste Nacht mit dem schnuckeligen Teil. Mal sehen ob ich morgen mal länger schlafen kann.Wenn ich Neuigkeiten habe werde ich diese Rezension erweitern. Bei Fragen einfach raus damit.

Seems like a great idea,but my unit keeps losing the pairing so I have to pair it again. Which isn't great when I'm not near the unit. I don't have to do this with any other product so it must be a fault with the product.Also when listening to my child in the bedtime mode it stays on for 10 seconds then switches off,so I have to press the talk button make a loud noise on the mic and then it switches back on. So is it worth the money? I'm not too sure.

Acheté pour ma fille de 4 ans qui commence à vouloir lire l'heure (et pour maman qui aimerait qu'elle dorme un peu plus tard le week-end...)REMI a vite trouvé sa place à la maison ! Désormais on se couche et se lève en fonction du visage de REMI :) C'est pas encore gagné pour les réveils tardifs où ma fille rapplique en chouinant que REMI ne veut pas se réveiller mais elle commence à prendre le rythme ! En tout cas, le coté ludique du produit est bien là ! Elle adore le voir s'endormir et se réveiller tous les jours :)J'ai choisi cet appareil parce qu'il cumule tout ce dont nous avions besoin en un seul produit et en tant que parent, je suis convaincue !Nous utilisons REMI sur toutes ses fonctions excepté le babyphone (que j'ai testé ceci dit et il marche très bien, y compris en test à distance via le wifi, je trouve ça fantastique, vous pourrez désormais pister papa qd il garde bébé à la maison LOL)La veilleuse réglable n'est pas négligeable car jusqu'à présent j'ai tjs eu une veilleuse trop puissante ou à l'inverse pas assez lumineuse...La fonction MP3 est un véritable +, désormais certains soirs, c'est REMI qui raconte l'histoire puis on enchaine sur la berceuse et dodo !Enfin, le fait que ce joli petit bonhomme soit entièrement pilotable depuis mon smartphone est un véritable avantage puisqu'il me permet de quitter la chambre en laissant la musique, et de la couper qq minutes après qd ma fille dort, de régler le réveil en 1 seule fois pour toute la semaine et de moduler l'intensité de la veilleuse sans avoir à rentrer dans la chambre.Le seul "programme" que je n'utilise pas est le suivi du sommeil, un peu gadget à mon gout (et surtout inutile vu que ma fille dort bien, il n'en sera pas de même pour tous les enfants, j'en conviens, et ça pourra donc aider certains) et la température de la chambre, mm si contrairement à certains commentaires que j'avais pu lire avant mon achat, chez moi le rendu est très proche de la réalité.Je ne peux que recommander ce produit à tous les parents ou futurs parents ! Pour le prix d'un babyphone basique ou en y mettant un peu plus que dans un réveil pour enfant, vous aurez le cumul babyphone/veilleuse/musique/réveil, super pratique et facile à utiliser !Enfin, pour ceux qui redoutent les bugs, sachez que j'ai eu un soucis de lecture MP3 dès l'arrivée de mon REMI et que le problème a été solutionné en 2j via une simple mise à jour (que vous faites par ordinateur, en quelques minutes !), là dessus la qualité du SAV est au top !J'ai hésité longuement avant de me lancer mais je ne regrette vraiment pas mon achat !
