This reaper sauce is definitely on the spicy side, but it gives such a warm and nice mouthfeel compared to many other hot sauces I've tried that makes me just reach for milk. I dab a bunch of this reaper on my weekday foods just to make it more interesting and every time I'm pleasantly surprised. The fact that the peppers are grown in Spain and that all ingredients are natural without preservatives makes it taste even better. So far I've used it on a lot of Mexican foods and rice bowls but also on eggs and pizza and it's been fantastic.

So far I tried the Habanero sauce on Huevos Rancheros, Tacos and making a couple of lunch salads un-boring. Also used it to replace the dijon mustard in a couple of salad dressings that turned out fab and adding a couple of drops of this little guy in a coleslaw is pure magic! As someone trying to have a pretty e-number free diet, this is one of the few I’ve found that’s only packed with the good stuff.
