It's not 20 litres. It's 18L at best, probably a little under 19L if you fill it flush to the brim.As I bought it specifically to boil 20L of liquid it's hard to give it a positive review. I guess I should have done the math, with dimensions of 30x28cm it could be at most 19.8L. It's very hard to find a larger pot so I'll just have to live with it.Other than a dent towards the bottom the quality seems pretty reasonable for the price. The walls are quite thin which explains the dent, but the base is at least thicker. It's not comparable to my BK or De Buyer pans but those are significantly more expensive.

I've been using this pot for small batch home brewing for several years now, so there has been long boil times, exposure to caustic cleaners, and exposure to very acidic sanitisers. The heat distribution is very even on both gas and electric hobs: I don't get burnt patches. Bar a few small bits of discoloration, it's still as solid as when I first got it. Would recommend.
