Duidelijk handleiding, mooi om te zien, stevig gebouwd

Product was snel geleverd, programmeren i.c.m. instructies in handleiding ging ook gemakkelijk.Via Amazon ook de OBO HANDS AC voeding aangeschaft en gebruik gemaakt van reeds bestaande Maasland K10U elektrische sluitplaat. Na wat puzzelen uiteindelijk alles perfect werkend gekregen, voor het gemak een eigen schema gemaakt hoe alles is aangesloten. Bij gebruik van de drukknop wordt ook de LED van het toetsenbord groen en is er 5 sec. de tijd op de deur te openen.Om de knipperende rode LED uit te schakelen ga je naar programmeermodus en toets 80#*

Stevige, goede knoppen alles ziet er goed uit instellen moet je de tijd voor nemen

Nice thing, works great on a 24vdc powersupply as it is advertized. Only negative point is a continuisly blinking red-statuslight that is quite bright. Has a decent quality feel and finish, all metal

Resistente

This is a solid functional unit. Very robust and very clean when installed.I fitted this to replace an old Domino unit that was just old (at least 23 years) that failed. It had worked well but just looked old fashioned.The new unit rather than work of batteries needs a 12 VDC supply but is very low current so a piggy backed of an existing security camera power supply.For me the garage door control only needs a momentary contact and the unit provides a normally open and normally closed contacts for magnetic looks etc. It does provide a bell function and a Wigeand Output which is a more secure option but I did not use these. Also up to 2000 users and RFI key function. I have one user so only one number.The electronics are solidly cast so I believe will be water proof.My one criticism is that the multi coloured wire is only 100 mm long. This means that you cannot put the wire through a double brick wall into a JB. Single Brick may be OK. Luckily the unit I was replacing was fitted to the 75mm wooden door frame but I bought a very shallow jb that would fit sideways inside the door frame and clear of the door. You do only need 4 wires for what I was doing (+12VDC, 0VDC, Com and NO) but I like to bring everything to a terminal strip. The wire is very think so you should put ferrules on the end.In theory with the installation I have, someone could break the unit of the wall or unscrew the tamper resistant screw that holds the keypad to the cast box, and then connect the right wires together and open the door!Firstly you would have to have the right screw driver or you would need a crowbar to remove the whole box. In my case, with the short wires mentioned, any sort of removal of the key pad would probably put the wires out of the terminal block inside.Also the mentioned camera looks directly at the key pad area so I feel this is secure.However, for a more secure requirement, using a separate Wigeand controller would work well.It would be nice to be able to program the keypad to only light up when the first key is pushed as it does stand out in the dark.Overall a very nice unit and cheaper than replacing just the Domino Key Pad
