They easily fit men or women and are stylish enough for all ages. I am 56 my husband is 42 and my daughter is 32 and we all have a pair. They definitely stop the sun hurting your eyes and without them I used to get really bad headaches but now I can stay in the sun longer periods. They're not to dark either so when you're indoors you're not in total blackout. They are well made and sturdy too. I strongly recommend.
