Well designed and looks great but does not stop at the desired temperature. The pot will exceed the temperature stated, always going past. For example I set to 70 degrees yet it always burns up to 100. So I have to sit there waiting for it to sit at the right temperature and take it off - making this useless for holding the right temperature for certain teas

I am a person who reads reviews meticulously before buying online.I had hesitations about this one, but I’m glad I took the chance on it!This little kettle is perfect for my needs. When I read the reviews talking about how short the plug was, I was a little worried but I knew it wouldn’t affect my specific situation, so I bought it (the price point is great).When I got the kettle, it was well-packaged and came with a manual and plenty of warning and instruction labels. I also love the color!My favorite part is that, upon inspection, I realized that the cord is actually retractable into the base of the kettle! So if you hesitate like I did on that point, don’t worry about it. The cord is about 24” long when fully extended and winds back up into the base for easy storage (this has become one of my favorite features!) It fits right in a drawer when not in use, very nice for small spaces like mine!Apart from that, this little thing is great, makes hot water in just a few minutes. It holds just enough for one cup of tea or coffee so if you’re looking for something more, this little guy is not for you.When you take it off of the base after heating, the outside and bottom of the kettle is warm, but not hot — no need for potholders! It pours well, without leaking, except for a bit of steam coming out from the top at times (which it has a warning label for).It can be a tad noisy at times as it heats, but it doesn’t bother me in my situation. I could see it being a distraction or nuisance in a quiet office setting or something like that, though.If you’re looking for a safe, cheap, compact kettle for a single cup of boiling water, this is for you!I’ve had this for 4 months now, using it daily (multiple times per day) and it has stood the test, it works wonderfully and I am very satisfied with it for the price. Definitely fits all my needs!

Después de buscar durante mucho tiempo encontré este hervidor que, a priori, parecía ofrecer lo mismo que otros mucho más caros a un precio muy competitivo. La calidad de construcción es muy buen, tanto de la tetera en sí como de la base y los controles. Es muy fácil de usar y el control sobre la temperatura es total, pudiendo calentar agua a cualquier rango entre la temperatura ambiente y los 100 grados.Tiene un botón de hervido rápido y además cuenta con un temporizador que se activa nada más retirar el hervidor de la base. Es decir, si elegimos calentar el agua a 96 grados para hacer un café en V60, en el momento en el que el hervidor nos da la señal acústica y visual de que el agua ha alcanzado la temperatura deseada, al levantar el hervidor el display de la temperatura pone en marcha un temporizador que se resetea al volver a colocar el hervidor en la base. Super útil para muchas preparaciones.La velocidad de calentamiento no es mala y hasta la línea de max cabe casi 1 litro de agua. Por ahora no le pongo ni un pero.

Bought for my campervan, boils quickly and easy to store. Looks nice too. Tiny enough to fit on my small counter along with my mini oven and mini heater. Just enough for one large mug. Lightweight for storage and cheaper than a lot of others. Looks good quality with a stainless steel liner.
