The 3 Velcro straps secure the bottle bags securely to the bike. I have 750ml bottles in. They are easy to access when riding. Hole in the bottom means they don’t fill full of water when raining. Snack pockets on the side are useful. Even for your goggles or sunglasses. Very good kit for the price.

Works really well, easy to attach. Holds a decent amount, not neccessarily confined to the dimensions of the bag as the soft top can tighten around taller objects as well. Mesh pockets have decent stretch so can stuff a lot in. Only thing is the flexible draw cord is slightly too stretchy, makes closing one-handed sometimes a bit finicky.

I used it on a 5 day trip on the Great Allegheny Passage because my frame had a frame bag installed. The bag worked perfectly and didn’t cause any issues. I was able to keep my phone in the outside pocket for easy access and a water bottle inside. The bag is insulated with the kind of metallic insulation you find in soft shell lunch boxes. I’m not sure it does much to keep a drink cold but it definitely doesn’t hurt.

You can move the Velcro strips to different places on the water bottle holder to make it fit your bike. So it has a nice snug fit. The holder is deep so water bottle should not fall out while riding. I don’t drink water while riding. I stop and get off bike. I think it might be difficult to get bottle back in holder while riding. Since it is fabric, it might collapse but I really don’t know.
