Ok. So these boots are not as tall as they appear in the Amazon picture. That said, they are perfect for me as I have skinny kegs and they finish at mid calf, my widest part! Also, I have made a further hole in the strap to draw them in and make them tighter.Perfect Rieker fit, as expected. I have narrow feet and Rieker are perfect for me.The upper is obviously synthetic fabric, but hey, it looks like leather and feels fine.I love them. Stylish and so comfy as I expect from Rieker. I will also add that these are the first boots in over 30 ( yes 30) years that I have put on and worn with no ‘breaking in’ period. Comfy from the very first step!I’ve no idea if they are waterproof but they are warm and look amazing! I’ve no intention of walking through puddles in them so .. great for me!
